LEGO hasn't released the names of the MCP 2.0 members yet - there are still 1 or 2 that haven't signed the NDA. LEGO did increase the number from 20 to 30 and I was pleased that they have allowed me to stay on another year.
As soon as the MCP members are finalized, I've been told that LEGO will share with us some of their goals... and that we will be allowed to pass along certain information. Believe me - we don't like to keep secrets, but sometimes the NDA rears its head and sometimes we're told explicitly not to mention certain things. But we're always pushing the limits, so I'll do my best to try and keep you informed with anything new.
(Also, I know that LEGO has a sincere goal of putting the MCP 2.0 team to more use in the community- MCP 1.0 was a great team with a few special projects, but being that it was the first attempt it's understandable that there were some roadbumps.)
